Big Bear Inn, Big Bear Lake

The hotel is conveniently located next to Big Bear Village, which was a plus. The rooms had a connecting door, which unfortunately made it easy to hear noise from adjacent rooms. The smell of cigarettes in the location was a downside, but the hot water availability and absence of bed bugs were positive. The dining could have been better, as some items tasted unpleasant.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were far less than what we had been promised and were terribly dirty, but the staff was very nice and helpful. The location was close to various activities in Big Bear but the facility itself was in very poor condition. The dining options were limited and lacked freshness. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

My stay at the hotel was decent overall. The rooms, while clean, were a bit narrow and not exceptional for the price paid. On the upside, the location was convenient, right across the street from the main building. The service was average, with some rude encounters reported, but the dining options left much to be desired. However, being within walking distance to downtown was a plus.
